We improve with compliments, but even more so with less positive criticism.<\/span><\/p>

We do everything we can to make you feel comfortable at the Hotel. However, dissatisfaction can always occur. Please share your concerns with us as soon as possible so that we can take timely action. Please contact Reception and\/or the Service Manager.<\/span><\/p>
