Responsibilities:

  • Shape and lead a distinctive Verdi experience, blending lifestyle energy with
    exceptional hospitality
  • Act as the face of the hotel, building strong local connections and positioning Verdi
    within the Budapest scene
  • Inspire and elevate the hotel leadership team, creating a culture of ownership,
    creativity, and pride
  • Drive commercial success with a modern mindset, balancing performance with guest
    experience
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, confidently managing hotel performance and
    steering sustainable commercial success
  • Champion a guest journey that feels personal, vibrant, and memorable at every
    touchpoint
  • Build a people-first culture, developing talent and nurturing future leaders within the
    brand
  • Curate and support innovative F&B, social, and cultural concepts that bring the hotel
    to life
  • Lead operational excellence with style, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to
    detail
